For our storefront press 2.” If your customer presses 1, the call is forwarded to our call center. We answer the phone as you, “Thank you for calling ABC Store online, how can I help you?” Your online customer thinks they are speaking to your shipping center. We’ll answer your customers’ questions – most questions tend to be about the products they are viewing, pricing, shipping, or assistance in placing a phone order. Yes, we’ll take phone orders for your store too!
Once your customer places an order, we email them order status updates and tracking information. Your customer can check the real-time status of their order directly through your website.
